Alla Sigalova (Rus Алла Сигалова), Russian choreographer, born 1959, graduated from the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet in 1978, under the tutelage of N. Dudinskaya. 1987-1989 – choreographer in the “Satirikon” Theatre. 1989-2000 – director of “Alla Sigalova’s Independent Dance Company”. Professor at the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts, where she taught Stage Dance at the Faculty of Directing from 1982 to 2004. Professor, Head of the Department of Movement at the Moscow Art Theatre School from 2004. In 2008 – received the “Golden Mask” National Theatre Award.
